Rachael's yoga classes have helped me regain the strength, flexibilty and balance I had when I was younger. After just a few months of training with her I can already feel the difference yoga has made in my life. In a few short months I went from being a complete novice to being able to do a nearly perfect headstand. I'm a runner and Rachael's instruction has even helped my running form and improved my times. She even modified some poses for me so I could do them in spite of an old wrist injury. I'm 61 and thanks to yoga I feel better and more alive than I did 15 years ago.
